Join experts from NABA (North American Butterfly Association) and our very own Dr. Emile DeVito as we search our largest preserve for south Jersey butterfly species! We'll look for Bog Copper, a species that is primarily found in abandoned cranberry bogs. After two hours we'll break for lunch in the shade and learn some Pine Barrens ecology. For those interested, we'll then head back out into the field until about 2:30pm. Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing and be sure to bring plenty of water, lunch, and sunscreen. And don't forget your binoculars!
